My Two Cents on Packing

I recommend packing so you can layer your clothing and be prepared for any weather and a variety of outdoor activities. Pack your favorite yoga and activewear. Fortunately, most clothing that is made for running/gym workouts also work for paddleboarding and hiking. Breathable clothing is key for most of our activities to prevent being soaked in sweat and cooling down when we pause. Being cold and wet in our climate can lead to mild hypothermia. Alaska is a very casual place so don’t feel the need to bring anything remotely fancy 😄.  There are some shops locally that carry outdoor clothing and footwear, but it is limited.

See below for my suggestions beyond the usual toothbrush and underwear.
